Staged Construction BUILDING Inspection Service

For a new property we would advise that an building inspection be carried out at the following stages of construction:

Stage 1: After non-roof frame is erected

Stage 2: Prior to internal lining being installed after brick walls erected

Stage 3: Immediately after the installation of the wet area waterproofing (ie prior to tiling)

Stage 4: At Handover

Pricing

The four staged inspection generally costs $380.00 plus gst per visit. Most clients will only require two building inspections carried out. These are at handover of the property and prior to internal wall linings being installed.
